*If the library resources cannot cater to your need, you are more than welcome to recommend books and audio-visual materials online.

*Once your recommendation is complete , the handling principles are as follows:：

• The library will check if the book or audio-visual materials recommended is available in the catalogue.
• The Office will decide whether to proceed the purchase of the recommended resources based on the budget and collection policy.
• Each faculty member can recommend up to 100 books per year, and each student and staffer can recommend up to 60 books per year.
• If there is an urgent need for instructional purpose, please note it down in “Remarks” in order to speed the purchasing process.
• Once the recommended resources are included into the library catalogue, the recommender will be notified via an email.
